Please note: Due to the delicate nature of our products at Trinitae:
Refunds on the products and services will not be accepted.
- Exchanges will only be accepted in situations limited to the following:
- (1) The items/goods are damaged or faulty
- (2) The items/goods are incomplete
- (3) The items/goods received are incorrect (do not correspond with the order submitted by the customer).
Please be advised that exchanges granted under these circumstances will only be accepted under the condition that the above situations are reported at the point of receiving the goods (delivery date). We therefore advice you to contact and inform our customer service team as soon as you notice an issue with your order. Any issues reported after the date of delivery are subject to refusal.
- Cancellation of orders made after the point of dispatch will not be accepted.
Please be advised that in order to process and complete your return (If applicable), we require proof of purchase in addition to proof of postage of when you deliver the items back to us. In the case that Trinitae does not receive the item(s) that you have sent back, Trinitae will not be able to process refunds and or returns without proof of postage.
